A Limited Palette

Ignoring the fact that they are saturated in bad karma and that they have left an absurdly large carbon footprint, I bought some cut flowers yesterday.

The colour was irresistible.

At the moment, everywhere else the colour is this:

It is not a bad thing. Rather it is, shall we say, a limited palette.

I agree with the color thing....may be that is why I am now hooking a very colorful rug that speaks "SPRING"....the view from my window is pretty much the same...but I live in a very brightly colored house which I hope adds color to someone elses view :-)

Sidewalk chalk in snow gets all saturated and deeper in color, and then stains the snow in lovely pastels... Things learned when improvising snowman features.

I feel a tiny bit less guilty about the giant footprint our asparagus for last night's dinner left behind knowing you bought those, Robyn. :) Enjoy the color!
